Coverage: This warranty covers all digital LED signs purchased from JSigns & Graphics for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

Parts: All parts included in the digital LED sign are covered under this warranty. Any defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period.

Labor: In addition to parts, this warranty covers labor costs associated with repairing or replacing any defective components of the digital LED sign. Our qualified technicians will provide the necessary labor at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorize modifications to the digital LED sign. Any damages resulting from these circumstances will void the warranty.

Warranty Service: To initiate a warranty service, the customer must contact JSigns & Graphics and provide proof of purchase. Our customer service team will guide the customer through the necessary steps to resolve any issues covered under this warranty.

Limitations: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the digital LED sign. It is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts and labor costs.

Duration: This warranty is valid for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Any repairs or replacements made during the warranty period will not extend the duration of the original warranty.
